Coffee, tea, and waffle fixings available. New appliances and high speed internet. Electric fireplace, mini-split AC/heat in common space, window units in each bedroom. Twin beds in front bedroom, single over full in back bedroom. Black out shades in both bedrooms. Backyard with large covered deck & grilling area. Fenced space for pets. Carport has ping pong, darts, & corn hole.
